As former management consultants, we are dedicated and passionate about providing top profiles for management positions of all levels – since 2012.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Although we – like most other businesses – take advantage of the benefits of digitization, we believe the best way to recruit top talent is through careful handicraft. With this approach, we are deliberately positioning ourselves against the trend of countless career portals. We do not sell standardized products or follow standardized procedures. Instead, we design an individual recruiting approach for each customer in order to recruit the desired profiles sustainably. We predominantly use our in-house candidate pools, which are staffed with handpicked top performers whose personal career development we have usually accompanied over an extended period of time.

This candidate-centric approach and the resulting relationship of trust enable us to achieve much better matchmaking than any algorithm ever could. Of course, our approach is more complex than operating a call center, but our customers benefit from it. They report to us regularly on the outstanding achievements of our candidates. We very much welcome the fact that potential customers are initially critical of recruiters. Self-employed since 2012, Ruben specializes in the placement of top profiles for management consultancies, large corporations and SMEs. He began his career as a consultant at Roland Berger, where he coordinated the recruiting activities of the Swiss subsidiary in addition to his responsibilities in the project business. He was Head of Performance Management Corporate Banking at a major Swiss bank before moving to the role of Head of Talent & Learning Development Private Banking.

Maximilian Frhr. von Fürstenberg

GradHunting, Up&Out | Placement

Maximilian completed his double Master’s in Management at the ESCP Europe with top grades. After interim positions at Media-Saturn and Allianz, he was a consultant at Roland Berger. As our “youngster”, he is especially well networked in the circle of high potentials / young professionals and has an excellent understanding of this target group like only an insider of his age and with his career can.

Alexander Frhr. von Fürstenberg

BOARD Services | Training

Alexander is a lawyer and was founder & managing director of “Fachseminare von Fürstenberg”, one of the most renowned seminar organizers in Germany. He was also a cooperation partner of the German Lawyers’ Association (DAV) and the German Tax Consultants’ Association (DStV) for decades, before assuming responsibility for the training and further education of more than 18,000 seminar participants from all areas of business from 1983 to 2012.
